Just watched the Pleo 2006 Demo. YAWWWNNNzzz. So they wake up a new Pleo. He stretches, sneezes, moves slower than molasses in January, stops at the edge of a table, startles when he is picked up, AND THEN GOES TO SLEEP right along with me.

If this Pleo is so great why don't we see a demo of one that has been played with for six months or so? You knowthey have been testing and practicing with them. Does he have some speed?

Why don't they tell us exactly what kind of things we can do with our SD card besides plug it in? Is it sounds? Functions? How about our own hacks and a programming language to go with it?

When will reviewers and experimenters get one to report first hand on this toy rather than echoing press releases and trade show hype?
