I need to build or find something that under ideal circumstances i can plug in via USB and have some sort of a 360 degree stand i can aim any direction i please.

ive already got the software for something, i just need the hardware.

I need something like a dome camera that i can move, but without the camera (i have my own camera i want to use, specific for my project).
