well, for starters, have you ever built a robot? lego robots, conventional robots or BEAM robots, you decide, but i would start with the lego or BEAM. for more about BEAM robotics, read junkbots, bugbots, and bots on wheels. start with the symet and move up! if you have built robots before, then you can help me try and copy mark tilden's spyder 1.0 BEAM robot.
the gyrobot is a new BEAM robot that was created by, you guessed it, ME! the gyrobot 01 is sound activated and battery powered. it vagely resembles a symet but is bigger than the average symet. when it is turned on and you clap, or make another sound that is detected by the sound sensor, the robot spins or gyrates like crazy.
